      Daily Program

      Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Banquet Under the Stars 

      Arrive in a hidden mountain sanctuary. Settle into your private retreat and meet your hosts over a candlelit fireside feast, paired with local mountain tea and starry skies.

      Day 2: Water & Harmony
      Begin with dawn qigong as the valley awakens. Embark on a guided stream trek with optional wild foraging—or choose a serene tea tasting by the water. Experience a personalized TCM consultation and craft your own herbal incense sachet. End the day with a moonlit sound bath.

      Day 3: Roots & Renewal
      A healing journey through the National Park, guided by traditional Chinese medicine wisdom. Enjoy a forest picnic with Wuyi herb-infused craft beer. Visit onsite herb farm and join a hydrosol distillation workshop. Conclude with a meditation session to ground and restore.

      Day 4: Tea Heritage & Waterscapes
      Visit centuries-old cliff-side tea trees, guardians of the ancient rock tea tradition. Drift through emerald gorges on a bamboo raft along the Nine Twist Stream. At night, witness the breathtaking Impression Dahongpao performance—a cultural spectacle where mountain, water, and tea unite.

      Day 5: Living Tea
      Awaken with qigong on the terrace. Craft your own rock tea in an intimate workshop, then sip in silence during a riverside meditative tea ceremony. In the evening, join a reflective group meditation to anchor your journey.

      Day 6: Integration & Farewell
      Greet your final morning with flowing movement by the stream. Embrace a moment of silent reflection before a nourishing farewell brunch. Transfers will be arranged as you reenter the world, gently renewed.

      Every meal is a celebration of both wellness and place — weaving the ancient wisdom of Chinese food therapy (药膳) with the rich culinary heritage of the Wuyi Mountains. 

      • Each day, you’ll enjoy dishes inspired by the region’s most beloved traditions: from hand-stewed herbal broths to slow-cooked local specialties prepared with healing herbs and seasonal ingredients. 
      • Breakfasts are warm and grounding, while lunches and dinners blend familiar comfort with new discovery — light yet deeply nourishing. 
      • Simple afternoon snacks and a light sweet soup in the evening round out the rhythm of each day — quiet, comforting touches that reflect the heart of Chinese hospitality.
      • Our menus are intentionally crafted to be vegetarian- and low-fat-friendly, with fresh vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based proteins at the center of each plate.

      Transportation

      The journey begins in Wuyishan. The nearest airport is Wuyishan Airport (WUS); the nearest train station is Wuyishan North (高铁站). If you are taking the train, it will be about 3.5 hours from Shanghai HongQiao Station or 3 hours from Xiamen Station. 

      Private transfer (around 45 minutes) will be offered from / to the airport / train station.
