Assumption of Risks

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the retreat designated in my booking (or one to which I may subsequently transfer). I understand that travel to retreat locations in China and participation in retreat activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: changes in itinerary due to weather or local conditions, transportation delays, remote locations with limited medical facilities, physical activities such as yoga or hiking, and cultural immersion experiences.

I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, illness, injury, emotional trauma, or loss of personal property.

Release of Liability

I acknowledge that the cost of all Puyu LLC retreats is based upon participants executing this release of liability and assumption of all risks. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in such retreats, I hereby release and discharge Puyu LLC, its partners, and employees from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in the retreat. This release shall be legally binding upon myself, any minors traveling with me, my heirs, successors, and legal representatives, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Itinerary and Quotation Validity

All information in the retreat itinerary is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, changes to our retreats can and do occur. This may be due to our effort to improve the program or for logistical reasons such as changes in transportation schedules or government policies. Puyu LLC will make every effort to keep you informed of any changes but cannot be held liable for alterations to published itineraries.
