Wuyishan

Wuyishan | Qigong Foundation Retreat

Dates: October 2027 · dates to be confirmed

Six days of practice & inner cultivation, in a mountain built for it.

A retreat with one center of gravity: A grounded immersion in Chen-style Taiji, where disciplined practice becomes a path to stillness, awareness and lifelong cultivation.

It is designed for people who have been running on empty — the tiredness a holiday doesn't fix. In Chinese tradition this is 养气 (yǎng qì, nourishing vital energy): not a treatment, but a practice you take home.
