Daily Program

Day 1: Arrival / Private transfer to the resort from train station or airport. Settle into your villa room and meet your hosts over a Zen tea ceremony.

Day 2: Nature & Harmony / Begin with dawn qigong as the valley awakens. Embark on a guided stream trek or wild foraging depending on weather. Experience a personalized TCM consultation and craft your own herbal incense sachet. End the day with a moonlit sound bath.

Day 3: Earth, Roots & Renewal / After Qigong, enjoy the free morning by the National Park. Join a tasting of hydrosols made with local natural ingredients. Conclude with a Meridian Ritual with Essential Oils to ground and restore.

Day 4: Tea Heritage & Waterscapes / Visit centuries-old temple and hike across the finest terroirs of rock tea. Drift through emerald gorges on a bamboo raft along the Nine Twist Stream. At night, witness the breathtaking Impression Dahongpao performance—a cultural spectacle where mountain, water, and tea unite.

Day 5: Living Tea / Awaken with qigong on the terrace. Visit local tea factory and learn about rock tea from farm to cup. Watch sunset in a lovely local tea house. In the evening, join a bonfire gathering to anchor your journey.

Day 6: Integration & Farewell / Greet your final morning with flowing movement. Embrace a moment of silent reflection with tea in the bamboo forest. Enjoy a nourishing lunch and transfers will be arranged as you reenter the world, gently renewed.

Every meal is a celebration of both wellness and place — weaving the ancient wisdom of Chinese food therapy (药膳 YaoShan) with the rich culinary heritage of the Wuyi Mountains.

The journey begins in Wuyishan, a city located in northern part of Fujian Province.

The nearest airport is Wuyishan Airport (WUS); the nearest train station is Wuyishan North (武夷山北站). If you are taking the train, it will be about 3.5 hours from Shanghai HongQiao Station or 3 hours from Xiamen Station. 

Our Private transfer (around 45 minutes, no add. charges) will be offered from / to the Wuyishan airport / train station.

    Deposit Policy

    • A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat.
    • 100% deposit refund for cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat start date.
    • 50% deposit refund for cancellations made 30–59 days before the retreat start date.
    • No deposit refund for cancellations made 0–29 days before the retreat start date.

    Remaining Balance

    • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
    • Cancellations made 0–29 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable for the remaining balance.

    Retreat Minimum Attendance

    • We will notify you 30 days prior to the retreat start date whether the minimum participant requirement has been met.
    • If the retreat is canceled due to insufficient enrollment:
    • You will receive a full refund of your deposit and any paid balance, or
    • You may choose to transfer your payment to a future retreat.

    We accept bank transfers and major credit or debit cards. Depending on your currency, local payment options (such as ACH in USD or SEPA in EUR) may also be available for your convenience.

    2.Are there any extra costs, like tips or hidden fees?

    Puyu pricing is transparent. All essential retreat elements are included. Gratuities are not expected in China but are always appreciated. Any optional upgrades or experiences will be clearly communicated before booking.

    3.What languages will guides and facilitators speak?

    Most retreats are conducted in English and Mandarin. If you need another language, please inform us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
