Lichun : Brew The First Rise

Chinese solar terms divide the year into 24 phases that trace nature’s rhythms.

Li Chun (Feb.4th this year) marks the first rise of spring energy after winter’s stillness. In traditional Chinese medicine, this moment invites gentle renewal, smoother qi flow, and lighter, aromatic teas that support clarity.

Join us for a 90‑minute guided session to welcome spring’s first rise. We will brew together, taste mindfully, and explore how craft, terroir, and the season shape both flavor and feeling.
